Because I constantly feel the necessity to not be left behind, to be at the farefront of technology and business.

Every morning that I wake up, my mind starts thinking of ways to learn and get better.

From the professional perspective, I always wanted to be into Real Estate & Deals, but as technology like AI keeps evolving, I keep investigating interesting routs, jobs and fields that will be benefited in the future because of AI, Machine Learning & Deep Learning.

In my opinion, the brightest future, as of today (05/07/2026), day that I'm writing this, is Commercial & Institutional Real Estate, Asset Management, Private Equity, Wealth Management/Private Banking (growing retail segment), Quantitative Finance & Digital/Data-driven businesses.

So I am preparing for it.

Nebrija's University Specialization in Insurance Brokerage - To learn how insurance works as I discovered the limitless posibilities inside the insurance business.

LCCI Certificate (Real Estate Financing Brokerage | Accredited by the Bank of Spain) - To learn the science behind finding the best possible financing not only for real estate, but in general.

EFA (European Financial Advisor | MiFID II) - To learn & be accredited to be a financial advisor, heping clients & firms with investments & planning.

DataCamp - To Learn Data Science (Python, SQL, NoSQL, AI, etc)
